If he was that sure the ship was on course, he would have stayed till full forecast production was achieved. Surely there would be more glory in that.
I think CW knows the best chance he has of liquidating his enviable holding is to resign, then dump his shares before the implosion.
I think it's a bad sign for the company and the implication is far more daunting for holders than positive.
