besides taking the coal barge size suggestions seriously, ( now 500t ) TIG has many options for offshore loading platforms that enhance performance.. and overcome weather loading issues, there are a few cheap ones out there right now in russia that could be a nice solution for the port.. perhaps these solutions could open up the larger asset we have
