Floating platform is a good Idea or even buying a 20yr old handysize bulker to use as one which can be had for $5m usd and can hold 50k ton of coal with all the cranes onboard to load up into other customers bulkers, the ability to hold a decent tonnage out at sea would also probably lengthen the season for them and give a lot of flexibility, the bulkers are cheap at the moment especially old ones with engines people dont want to fit with sulphur scrubbers
