By the way, fingers crossed that the upcoming meeting between Trump and Putin leads to a lifting of sanctions. It is then that the promotion you suggest will be effective. As it stands now, we are out of contention because funds hear "Russia" (and to a lesser extent, "coal") and immediately start to subconsciously look at their watch. That will change if relations with Russia normalise again. No fund will be able to ignore the TIG story in the changed macro context.
