    Yes I agree with you agentm, but can we move beyond the voting him out as a director..
    I feel the application to the takeovers panel is a precursor to legal action by him against tig. I doubt he wants to takeover tig, just protect his investment against dilution.

    Will it cost the company $$?? or, worse still, will it endanger the investment with the Russian Investors??
