Agree with your comments nil-nil, but on the other hand, beggars can't be choosers. We need to get financing pretty quickly now, even if it is not a perfect package. The risk if we don't, is that the project doesn't go ahead and all the great work to date is down the drain. Or even worse, we get taken out for next to nothing by some opportunistic vulture.

What disturbs me most is that there are now no buyers - market depth zero! That's why getting a deal (even an imperfect one) very quickly is so incredibly important.
