A high copper price isn't worth a penny, if tgs isn't able to produce immediately at high capacity... Each day we are behind the 32.5kt is a a big loss of cashflow and net income and also a result for a very high aisc! So in my opinion this mgmt is an absolutely disgrace concerning its operational and communication skills! Also they have a very big lack to treat its investors in a correct manner!

The market shows the truth about tgs... the copper is 2.63! and after the ann. two days ago the shareprice is going down again to 3.7... So the market see nothing positive on that freakshow announcement! And so will be the fullyear 2016 report with a high aisc and a low cashflow (already used the full loan of 162.5mn). DRC bank loan will also be at its max. 25mn. Than the interests which are capitalised from q3.2016 till q2.2017 would also mean again 15mn in addition to our loan (162.5mn+15mn= 177.5mn). Than the already used additional bridgefunding of 10mn.. means a total outstanding debt of 187.5mn and from this we have to pay interests of 9.5% plus 50$ each tonne of sales equals nearly 20mn alone for loan costs! Than from the DRC bank of 25mn we also have to pay interests of 8-10% (!)

    forecast debt q2.17:
    - 187.5mn (162.5mn + 15mn cap. int. + 10mn bridge) (int. 9.5% plus 50$/t sales)
    - 25mn drc bank (int. 8-10%? or more??)
~213mn total debt (w/o "accounts payable" and "other"!)

and for the "capitalised interests" (due interests, not payed!) we also need to give out (pay!) free shares to the lenders (% of cap. interests!)

So is there still someone in this (funny) tgs-forum who still think there is a "positive" sign??? Do someone still think we have received a "positive" announcement??? For me, coming from the finance (mgmt), it is a shame to see such an unqualified mgmt on a listed company! The ASX should have more communication rules for the mining sector and also some IFRS standards!

On such heavy debts we need a copperprice of >3$/lb to be a "valuable company" for instis/fonds and others! And on that base we need an immediate cobalt production to diversify on two operational pillars!

And where is the guidance for 2017 tgs??? Again just 23-26kt production and (a very high!) 1.65-1.72 AISC??? Nobody knows how long Dr. Copper is that high.. and maybe it is during just a year or two till it goes down again.. To making debts isn't an achievement!
