...where we have just ONE product (copper) and just ONE main parameter (its price!)! But where we have immense company DEBTS on our shoulders and where we still miss the "
GOOD" news (good facts would have a nice impact on the share price and not something we have seen these days on our tiger although copper is/was climbing!)!
Also we would still have been looking on a tgs-share price of <1.8c if we still had had a copper price of around 2.10-2.20/lb (before election/before trump's massive nice effect on copper, which nobody was ever expecting! The most have expected a copper around 2.30 not higher before the electionphase).
So what I do in my research is to look what tgs itself is making out of its company without building "dreams" on a very high copperprice (like some do here!), because the copper price wouldn't stay so high for the next 3-10 years... It would mb stay just 1-2 years on a higher lvl! And if you all read the relevant news about new copper projects you will find massive new copper projects, which will be just a case of some years to produce on very high lvl (e.g. a new very big player would be Iran or is already Peru which is massive increasing its production every year. Chile is also able to expand easily because they had reduced their production last year because of low prices).
So if you account all those facts and the figures delivered from tgs (debt risks (e.g. capitalised interests=means new costs and additional new shares to the lenders!) and the risk of a turn in copper in some years (or earlier?), incidents and postponed increased production (cashdrain!) and vat, political risks, etc.)
and pack them into your shoes (tgs-investment!)
you will see that there is a big stone (all the mentioned risks!)
which is biting/pinching your foot every day when you are walking!
Well, I am invested since ~1.5 years where we were at a beginning of good news (beginning with copper cathode production...! etc. but later a falling copper price) So there we had never thought that this mgmt is so f***king bad in handling its company and its communication. A mgmt which is poorly trying to expand its production without any success (just more debts and incidents, new shares because of not payed "capitalized interests") and they are still not have met the promised milestone of increasing the f***ing production to its minimum of 32.5kt (latest) per end of 2016! Also they have reduced their guidance 2016 two times and last but not least the incident have crashed q4 production (will result in a very high aisc in q4.16!).
So the announcement this week was just underlining that they have nothing achieved till today! It's clearly written that they just have finished the central work (main work!)...
... This means that all the other side steps which should be completed too for a full production are not done so far (essential in case of cashflow!). A full production of 32.5kt have still to wait (months or another half year?!)! Yes ,all this was written - but I hope you can read also between the ann.-lines!
... that's why we are still looking on a shareprice which is not moving although of a climbing copper price!
So there is nothing more to say about our current situation (incl. fullyear report 2016 which coming soon!). So all tgs can do, is show us the opposite of their negative performance with a guidance 2017 over a minimum of 30kt and a massive lower aisc than they had in 2016!!
MINING INVESTMENT RULE:
NET CASHFLOW IS MAKING THE SHAREPRICE!!
Ps. I will sell my invest when I see the best exitpoint (but as long as Dr Copper is helping - I don't think to do that - but depends on the next steps from tgs-mgmt - fy report '16 which should also include guidance 2017, cashsituation and much more!) ... I have also purchased additional shares on low lvls to drive down my average costs.. So still holding more than some user here togheter.. That's why I am showing my full attention to good and bad pixels concerning tgs! And the aim of tgs should be to eliminate as many bad pixels as possible! So I hope you all agree on that point!!
