    re: Ann: TIGER INCREASES 2014 COPPER PRODUCTI... Nice timing Macquarie, upgrade your price target and talk up your recommendation just a day before bringing the company to market to raise cash, skeptical much?

    That aside, I like this stock and have done for awhile still yet to dip the toe but like what they have done thus far. Can't really understand why they are raising more cash for stage 2 when their recent presentations state that stage 2 is fully funded.

    Any thoughts?
