the acquisition of Geka's stake as such was a good move in my opinion- may be even a unique chance.
However, if the price was fair is hard to judge . We lack the relevant parts of the Share Purchase Agreement
and the so called " effective Date Balance Sheet" of SEK.
I've tried in vain to get me at least the latest Year End Balance Sheet of SEK. Has anybody got an idea
if according to DRC - Law companies have to publish their annual accounts in Public Registers ?
