re: Ann: Tiger Resources March 2013 Quarterly... Nobes, when I read the cash statement this morning and looked at the cost of the new plant I was a bit taken aback. I am a true believer as you know but they'd better get this up without a CR (which I doubt given available cash and earnings). Still, it would help if the government of the DR of Congo would stop reading "Wayne's World: An Economic Handbook for Despot Rulers Everywhere" by Wayne Swan.

Having said all of the above, this swings hard so if you want in don't be a wall flower IMHO.
