Agree gassin. A good thing to have the major contractor's revenue aligned with those of the existing shareholders. Also good from a political point of view to strengthen relationships with local players. May also further reduce chances of our biggest risk (real or perceived), that being the potential nationalisation of TGS.
On the downside it's another bit of dilution (approx 5%) at slightly below market price. Also the ann didn't mention the 2M free options with a 40c strike price.
Overall imo this is a pretty fair deal for both parties and a good outcome for existing holders ...
