I did smell a rat when monies were borrowed at high interest,for the de-bottlenecking scenario.The only problem was that provision for mined feedstock for this operation,let alone the existing one ,was not provided for. The net effect is that the lenders are vested greater control of an updated facility.The longer this farce is allowed to continue,the greater control of contributed equity is consumed by the lenders,at a heavily discounted rate. I am afraid we have done our money here!.Watch the miraculous turnaround at Kipoi once existing holders are shunted out of the way. If you do seek any consolation,make sure that current and past Director's,never appear on any ASX listed Board,ever again.If they do attempt to do so,remind the broader investment community of their past performances through social media and investment forums. Scam central,I'm afraid.The lesson learned is never invest in an African mining operation.The scumbag's have our measure.
