Good approach, I will be in to use the proxy to vote against the SPA.
Is there a formal way in advance of the decision meeting to request that the shareholder voting is an exceptional vote, where they need 75% of shareholders to agree instead >50% for a normal vote?
That would raise the bar significantly.
