If they wanna sell our operation property, plants and equipment they should make a full takeover deal where we the investors got the price back and not the bod or badly operating mgmt which would still be on its place!!!
With this existing deal we are badly fu..ed up and still listed as a non operating company that has maybe a book worth of around 40-50mn in cash but on the stock-market we will end up worthless because we have no more operations or our own operating income streams and therefore no return of investment for shareholders!!!
No one will invest a cent in a a dead company (no own operation)!!!
So this deal is to knock down for instead a full takeover of tgs (as a whole)!!
