A takeover price (sharecapital) of 250mn would be fair.. but this current deal is nothing worth (from 0 if no one wants to buy tgs shares anymore on asx! till max. 50mn if there are still investors who wants to buy shares of a non operating and dead company! Calculation in my prev. posts!)!!

The 4th quarter results will show the truth and what this mgmt have done or not done in the last 3 months!!!

And this non-takeover-deal means also many overhead expenses for a non working mgmt/bod for 3 more years what will end up in a big loss for future annual results and a progressive fallling shareprice!!!
