Our sharecapital was worth about 80mn$ before copper- and cobaltprice has increased so fast till today.

So with the actual copper and cobalt price the plants and deposits should be much more worth and we get such a unhealthy and worthless 0-40/50 mn deal where we can't be sure if we can sell our shares on the market???

In simple words.. if we are in troubles because of this mgmt/bod.. we need a takeover bid, that we the shareholders get a physical endprice instead of leaving us worthless shares from a non-operating tgs on the market!
