Well let's say we have currently around 2.2bn shares outstanding and we get 44mn$ as net cash after paying down all debts and other liabilities..
.. we get a shareprice of about max.
2 CENTS PER SHARE but just..
.. if there are people on the asx-market to be ready to buy shares from a company which has no operating income anymore.. and therefore no return of their equity..
.. so the shareprice will fall endless if there isn't a strategy for a return from tgs-mgmt!!!
That's why we should reject such a worthless bad deal which is just securing mgmt's and bod's jobs for 3 more years!!
