The share price will go to $10.00 overnight and we can all retire. XD

In all seriousness, this deal basically cements the company as worthless (cash on hand equivalent to half of the current market cap, burning cash to pay managements ridiculous salaries) and returns nothing to shareholders. No major shareholders will vote for it and management will get thrown out.

ASX is losing credibility with this crap happening every day. It's worse than China's rollercoaster of a market.

Luckily I haven't lost much, other shareholders should be out of their mind at this deal.
