Agree, after the quarterly if there a glimmer of hope for this company, i will vote no to take the long path.
There is simply no point calling it quits at the low point unless the offer is compelling. Its a fair offer in terms of where we are but it certainly not a compelling offer.
Question i have is why would this company attract a new CEO and Chairman only to sell out of their core assets... I dont think these guys are looking for retirements...
