We make a divestment, means that tigers is selling all it's operation plants and all other existing deposits!!!

This means no issue of shares! Just our balance sheet will end up in plus 250-280mn cash-in and all operation, plant and equipment is sold to the hong kong company. With the cash tgs will pay all their debts (hopefully!!).

That's it.

So we are left with a little bit of cash and no plants for copper or cobalt!!! And the company's directors will still have a job 3 more years on our costs!!!

Share price will falls down because we just sit on dead money which is no producing any money! Now you understand what's going on????
