Where di you het $50mill from?

Back Of Envelope ... Royalties $550t at current Cu (30 months), plus equivalent cash 2.3c per share, except holders don't receive it, directors get to spend it looking for the next venture. Seems veyr cheap for mine whose palnt is running at capacity?

Not sure what choices holders have at this point. There's no what-if for what happens if the deal gets voted down.
