If shareholders do go down the path of a EGM.
my suggestion would be to take M7 advice and call the Todd's.
I don't believe that Brad Sampson is part of the directors / board ?
all 3 might be worth while asking if they could find possible candidates to replace the existing board members / or they might be interested in becoming members.

It is also my understanding that the company is required to pay all the costs associated with calling a EGM.
