    But please just ask the Todd's, Republic Investment Management Pte Ltd and Taurus SM Holdings Pty Ltd..

    .. because RCF and IFC are also the senior lenders (our debts) and might be already involved/informed from mgmt and so they will approve the deal because of their own possible outdoor "deal" with the chinese guys/mgmt/bod!
