Secondly,the ease of finance secured in ramping up the Kipoi facility from a 25ktpa to a 32.5ktpa facility.No credible Financier would be apart of this without a mining plan of feedstock to support this expansion.It would appear no plan existed.The Kipoi facility has been processing lower grade stockpiles mined 4-5 years ago.The production numbers disclosed reflect this.
The net effect is that the Financier gains greater control of the company through incremental payments of shares in lieu of interest.The longer the charade continues,the greater the control.
For the longer term holders,the only way of getting a return is to boot the BOD.There appears enough affected shareholders on this forum to gain the 5%,necessary to get the ball rolling.

This particular CEO has wind-up experience, in previous company that suffered a terrible financial result...it's likely been in the BOD's thoughts for a long long time.
