I'm new to understanding the marine traffic website so anyone more knowing can correct me.
There's a 5YO Russian flagged 650T capacity flat deck cargoe vessel in port. My guess is they have begun floating the loading barges out of drydock. There's also a cargoe vessel that's been stationary for a few days now about 190km south-west from port. I wonder if that cargoe vessel is bringing in the new 5th loading barge and hopefully taking out coal ?
