Seems to me it changes section 5.11 dramatcially (for the better), and eliminates two of the risks identified (reach and scale)

Going from a $45 / head cost + back office costs, limited to Australia, and based upon dragging customers across town to sign up VS a globalised, automated, comfort of your own home model at $15/head plus zip back office cost

This is pretty exciting for Tikforce AND for ISX, as ISX relies upon Tikforce's success......(and Tikforce relies on ISX service to become more successful and globalise)
