My view is quite different to yours GO . In fact I believe FAR has good standing with Senegal.
If not for FAR would there be an SNE at this time?
Imagine what the ability of producing at the very least , your own energy needs for the foreseeable future!!! I think the government will be grateful for the impetus FAR put in to help find that energy.
I have worked in West Africa , approx. 10 years. In my opinion FAR is held in high esteem.
If they weren't, A2 and A5 may not of been got as well as the PE. I imagine there have been a few winks and nods between various parties for PE to proceed!!

I wish all the long and short term holders the best. Be patient!! These situations don't occur often so when they do take the ride!!!!
