Pretty bizarre coincidence That FAR announce the appointment of a banker/accountant, and with a history of negotiating on August the 1st (Tim Woodall). The same day as another industry heavyweight Richard Goyder began his role as chairman at WPL. Both men having been involved in takeover activity in the past, and it is starting to take shape that both these new members of the two companies have been hired for specific roles.
Cat and mouse it appears. Is this a sign of FAR strengthening for an inevitable showdown, bringing big money skills to the table, or maybe the fireworks have already begun, and FAR have hired top personal to reach an agreement or a defense. What ever pans out, FAR keeps stepping up to the plate. Always seem on par to be covering all their bases.
The prize is not too distant anymore. Significant outcomes and information will arrive. Fingers crossed it's a grand package.
