2. Increase in the scale of the activities with the inclusion of Shepherds Gully tailings resource and a proposed larger Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) in Sandstone Gully.
3. Increase in disturbed area footprint of more than 10% by the inclusion of Shepherds Gully and a larger TSF footprint in Sandstone Gully.

So it all has to do with Shepherds Gully which is 4.83Mt of tailings dump that we want to re-treat?

It should read like this (bolded additions for emphasis):

1. Potential increase in environmental impact cleanup due to the inclusion of the Shepherds Gully tailings resource and the revised list of regulated structures.
2. Increase in the scale of the activities re-treatment with the inclusion of Shepherds Gully tailings resource and a proposed larger Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) in Sandstone Gully.
3. Increase in disturbed treated area footprint of more than 10% by the inclusion of Shepherds Gully and a larger TSF footprint in Sandstone Gully.

The area is a 'shit hole' (refer Donald Trump comments last week). It needs a cleanup. We have unlocked a profitable way to do it. How much is there to disturb and impact when it is already so f******?
