Interesting deal because the funds invested by BCI go straight back to the Times Group through advertising credits, so the only thing the Times Group are paying for is a loss of margin on advertising sales, so a cheap deal for them to get 10% of the COmpany.
So we have sold 10% of the Company to get preferential advertising.Tali are buying exposure in the hope that it increases sales, and given demographics , that's probably not a bad move. But the Indians know how to do a deal, so whilst its good news overall, the Company have had to sell their left arm to get it.
Having said that, I think the product has legs and will gain market acceptance, therefore sales, and that, at the end of the day is what we as shareholders want and it should see our shares increase in value given time.
