Indeed. With the way the deal is constructed, it is incumbent upon the Times Group to make Tali Health a success. From here on, every rise in share price is also a rise in the value of their asset. They own 10%. What's more, should it reach the point of dividend payout, they get 10% every time. This partnership is designed for long term success. And that suits long term shareholders like me just fine.
