It’s very out of the ordinary in-fact I’ve never seen it before to do a enviro report for a O&G project before exploration approval, that’s O&G 101 TD, and imo DB has done this for a very valid reason, and that’s to arm the legal team in a long drawn out legal fight against the Commenwealth imo.
