He has made enormous rants to the Hot Copper admin about his moderations (he has said so on the BPH forums), and I presume his account has attracted "system messages" which require the moderators to read before moderating.
The short of it, the squeaky wheel gets the oil, and in his case, he is extremely squeaky.
