I can’t see why anyone will buy as the federal government already said they don’t support PEP11. Only 17% of existing shareholders took up there shares in the rights issue and the majority of them were taken up by management for free over 100 million to DB and co for free.The company only allocated $140k for operating expenses so a substantial capital raising won’t be far away,but the broker stuck with a few hundred million no one wanted in the rights issue
