It's well known that Ed Husic has issued a preliminary view that the PEP11 applications should be refused. The market has priced that in. It is now incumbent upon David to persuade the Minister that he should alter his view. With 2 NOPTA recommendations that the applications be approved in place, this is not an impossible task IMO. This isn't a process about merit of the applications, it's a process about political corruption. If corruption prevails, Husic will follow through, and Advent will take the matter to court, again, and I expect Advent will win, again. JMO.
