TD do you think BPH will be suspended in 2025 again for non compliance again ?
ASX has obviously got the hairs on the back of there neck over MMR atm after 5 years of suspension, so it certainly puts the spotlight back on DB and BPH and Pep11 moving forward you would surmise TD , is head office and yourself concerned at all moving forward fighting the Federal government and the ASX in tandem now, it’s certainly concerning for me the visuals for the oily penny market, along with the amount of Junk Paper 69 capital has to move on MMR if it re lists any time, tbh that’s the biggest concern for me SP wise moving forward, and one of the main reasons I want out of MMR tbh, because I believe I could buy back at half current perceived call for possible 2026 action in Pep11 Inc imo.
We are at the crease for the 3rd time with MMR TD, 3 strikes and your out imo !!!!! Do you think the ASX plays by similar rules TD ?
