I thought they had a project PEP11 even though it's been stalled 2 years and is now in the hands of the federal court with both political parties against the project. I think ASX COMPLIANCE would be more concerned after being delisted for 5 years to allow MMR to relist with only $140k budgeted for operating capital. Am a little unsure why DB hasn't advised the market to what the issues are with ASX COMPLIANCE.
