That’s insane if he 75,probably explains why all the companies he associated with are in such a mess. I feel sorry for his children, imagine your inheritance was millions of worthless junk shares. He needs to quit and try to find a way to sell them if there was a buyer. He too old for another project so when PEP11 fails he will have to retire. I can see him trying as hard as he can to drag it out another year or so in court as he milking 5 companies for good director fees and now MMR has cash to pay him instead of junk bonds not his biggest priority right now if Mmr relists or not
