I don't understand why DB is of the opinion ASX COMPLIANCE have any intention or obligation to ever let MMR be readmitted to the ASX. A lot has changed since MMR was delisted 5 years ago. The ASX COMPLIANCE department can be held legally liable for approving companies to be listed on **promotion blocked** which don't meet strict criteria and meet stringent guidelines.
