Sadly I think you will find GB is correct on this one and I can't see how MMR meet all the listing requirements to satisfy ASX COMPLIANCE.
Its a concern why he felt he had the need to contact ASX COMPLIANCE directly. Could only imagine the nightmare he created. But it's very confusing for me if he has $200k tied up in MMR why stir up the hornets nest. Would be nice if someone could ask him why he felt the need to contact ASX COMPLIANCE directly with his concerns which you could only imagine the size of the list. What was he hoping to achieve. Seems beyond stupidity to me but maybe he will have a plausible explanation for his CREW
