Im not sure but IMHO I don't feel MMR under 1% share of clean technology they paid around $100k for will get them up to the required $4million in tangible assets. Sadly PEP11 is not currently very tangible as it's currently in the hands of the federal court.
Sadly it hasn't made the $500k a year profit either as unfortunately it's been delisted for almost 5 years
