    Ed Husic already stated his intentions not to support PEP11, and clearly 83% of shareholders not supporting the rights issue most shareholders have excepted the fate of PEP11.
    It’s unlikely as if DB going to waste much money on lawyers considering the limited funds available to Advent,BPH and limited success of the MMR raise. He would be more concerned keeping the funds to maintain his salary as it’s pretty difficult to fight against the government with an open cheque book and one of Australia largest law firms with 1600 lawyers and the firm Advent using has 2 lawyers
