I'm just a little unsure MMR have fulfilled all of the basic requirements to be even considered being listed on the ASX.
I'm unsure about number 1 but according to there prospectus they don't meet all the requirements for 2,3,4 and 5.
IMHO I'm unsure if critera 3 that the budgeted WORKING CAPITAL of around $150k is sufficient to fufil there stated objectives. I understand it's a lot of money but MMR have big plans for the future and sometimes big objectives don't come cheap
