Is quite sad you can’t even comprehend that if you own 1 piece of land worth $1 million and you subdivided it into 4 blocks that you believe you have 4 smaller blocks of land and they are worth $4 million. It’s very sad but at least people like yourself create liquidity in the market for a while before you lose the lot
