And around half of current MCAP is value imo without a project on table.

And obviously DB or TD1 TD2 somebody actually needs to do something for MMR finally after 5 years rather than work against the company because they are getting desperate for cash in 2024, with like I said the gravy train stopping on BPH !!!!
