Every secretive deal, such as the directors off market share sales or the directors/employees bonus arrangements or the director/employee share entitlements; every contract the company entered into over the last 4 to 5 years; all the minutes from director & management meetings related to agreements & contracts; every email and written communication in relation to all these matters has to be disclosed and examined by investigators.

It's a lot of work, but needs to be done to fully expose the truth of what has gone on here and to enable justice and accountability to take place. It's a full on crime scene so to speak.

KPMG happily signed off on the 2019 accounts on 25 March 2020, stating they had verified source documents supporting the accounts which they verified as giving a true & fair view of the company's financial position & performance. Many investors in 2020 relied on this statement. They are liable.
