In regards to directors' off market share sales, lets not forget that a lot of these shares were virtually given to them under dubious performance rights conditions (subject of investigation).
Also, no satisfactory explanation was given for the directors decision to bulk sell off market. They described it as "strategic"; providing "increased liquidity" for all shareholders; and "not disrupting daily share trading on the market". None of this makes sense & needs to be explained (hopefully also subject to investigation).
