I think they want to take over LPD to eliminate competition which makes sense to me. Being the only company that can utilise a process to reduce production costs would be a great monopoly. If LPD knew Sileach was a dud, why would they even consider a takeover by LIT? If I was LPD management, I would reject any offers of a takeover and let the best man (technology) win. I think Sileach does look good, a few flaws yes but long term I think it'll prove viable. Let's wait and see
