When i last spoke to Peter (would have been at least a a month and a half or so ago) he explained that the engineering designs/plans for works had been completed by GHD and that they were undergoing at that stage a bid for tender having back then invited a number of contractors to participate.
Was also told that duration of works was 6 weeks, other details from memory was that the tailings expansion would involve poly tarp (the usual deal ect).
